Terms & Conditions Frequently Asked

Yes. You must read and accept these Terms & Conditions before we can create your account. You'll tick a box confirming acceptance during signup. You can download or review them anytime afterward in your account settings.

We'll email you at least 14 days before any major change takes effect. You can accept the new terms or request account closure with a full refund of your balance. Continuing to play after the date means you accept the update.

We can close an account if you break these terms — for example, using multiple accounts or attempting fraud. We'll notify you in writing with the reason. If the closure is wrong, you can appeal within 30 days.

Report it within 30 days via our Dispute form in your account. Provide the game ID, timestamp and what happened. We'll review server logs and respond within 5 business days with our decision in writing.

Your funds sit in segregated accounts separate from ayukbet operations. These Terms guarantee we never use your money for our business. In insolvency, your balance is returned via your original payment method within 10 days.

Deposits via QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay are final once confirmed. Withdrawals can be cancelled within 1 hour of submission if they haven't left our system. After that, the payment is processed and reversal isn't possible.

Contact us within 30 days with proof of the breach. We'll investigate and either remedy the issue or explain why the term wasn't breached. If we're at fault, we'll refund affected funds and any related losses.
